About Us
Redsun was founded in 2008 and has delivered over 1.5 million square feet of commercial floorspace across the Northwest, West Midlands and North Wales.
 
Redsun specialises in new build industrial development and has delivered units ranging from 3,000sqft to 170,000sqft for a number of high profile occupiers including Screwfix, Travis Perkins, Brother Industries, ABB, Inchcape, CCF Insulation, Domino and CML Teledyne. Numerous roadside retail schemes have also been completed for occupiers including Tesco, HSL, Halfords Autocentres, Majestic Wine and Enterprise Rent-a-car.
 
The Redsun team has significant experience in commercial property development from site acquisition and  planning consent, through to completion.
